This stage allows you to investigate what could be possible for your budget, your individual site and your unique set of requirements. It also looks at restrictions on your site from the point of view of council requirements, bushfire issues or any other external factors that could impact your design.

Detail Design

Once the initial scheme has been agreed on then its time to refine the details. At this stage we are able provide 3D images and walkthroughs to bring the plans to life and give a real feel for the spaces created.

Council Submissions

Once you have your dream scheme it is time to prepare all the necessary drawings and documents for lodgement  We’re there to help navigate the approval process required by your local council.

Construction Drawings

Construction Drawings allow you to turn your dream house from ideas into a reality. The more comprehensive the drawings the less chance of mistakes on site.
